If the latch is manually locked, only the physical key can unlock the door. Please make sure the latch is in the open position before using the passcode or remote.
 


Ensure the door is fully closed and aligned. Also, check if the latch or deadbolt is obstructed by the door frame. 


Check if the remote battery is working and properly installed. Also, make sure the remote is paired correctly and within range (up to 10 meters in open space). 


Make sure you're in programming mode with the correct administrator passcode. Follow the instructions step-by-step, and ensure the new code is 6 digits. 


Use the provided reset pin to press and hold the reset hole on the interior panel for 5 seconds. The lock will reset to factory settings.
